Buenos Aires, Argentina
Argentina, land of steak and Malbec wine. Buenos Aires might as well been an European city with all the Spanish influence and architecture. Wide boulevards and lots of history in the sprawling metropolis. Highlights included La Recoleta Cemetery, Caminito in the neighborhood of La Boca, and the MALBA Museum with some awesome Latin America art. Visiting in December meant the middle of summer, sunny and hot every single day.
